01 What is a transport protection airbag?
A transport airbag, also known as an inflatable bag, is an inflatable pouch placed between loads to fill gaps and prevent movement during transit. Available in raffia (polypropylene) and kraft paper, they are inflated with a pneumatic gun in seconds.
02 What is the difference between raffia and paper airbags?
Raffia airbags are made of woven polypropylene, are lighter and can be reused over several cycles. Paper airbags (K2 or K4) offer greater pressure resistance, are more suitable for heavy or delicate loads, and are biodegradable. The choice depends on the type of load and transport mode.
03 Do airbags need special machinery to inflate?
No. They are inflated with pneumatic guns connected to a standard air compressor. We supply specific guns for both raffia and paper airbags, compatible with the integrated valves on all our models.
04 Are the airbags you sell certified?
