01 Is there a minimum order for airbags?
Airbags are sold from a box of 15 units. The unit price improves with volume and, if your consumption is recurring, we prepare preferential pricing and a delivery schedule.
02 What is a protective transport airbag?
A transport airbag, also called a dunnage bag, is an inflatable bag placed between cargo to fill gaps and prevent movement during transit. Available in woven polypropylene and kraft paper, they inflate in seconds with a pneumatic gun.
03 What is the difference between woven and paper airbags?
Woven airbags are made of woven polypropylene; paper airbags of kraft (K2 or K4). Woven is more resistant to tearing and moisture, and reusable on road transport. Kraft paper is cheaper and recyclable, for light and medium dry loads. The right choice depends on the cargo type and transport mode.
04 Do airbags need special machinery to inflate?
No. They inflate with pneumatic guns connected to a standard air compressor. A single filling gun works with the integrated valves on all our models, woven and paper.
05 Are the airbags you sell certified?
Our woven airbags are classified as AAR Level 1 according to the manufacturer's specification: working pressure of 0.2 bar (2.9 PSI) and minimum burst of 0.55 bar (8 PSI). Numbered certificates will be published when available.
06 Do you ship airbags across mainland Spain?
Yes. Shipping included, 48 business hours from payment (boxes), anywhere on the Spanish mainland. We also deliver directly to industrial estates in Catalonia: Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona and Lleida, including areas like Vallès, Maresme and Osona.
