Non-EPAL 120x80 pallets: One-Way and Semi-Heavy
Two constructions with a 1200 × 800 mm base, also searched as 80x120 pallets. They are not EPAL/EUR certified pallets. We mainly offer recovered and inspected pallets, and can also manufacture new ones. Sharing the 1200 × 800 mm base does not mean sharing EPAL construction, tolerances, performance, marks or exchange rights.

The recommended loads assume the weight is evenly distributed over the surface. Construction details, especially bottom boards, can vary by batch.
What is a non-EPAL 120x80 pallet?
It is a pallet with a 1200 × 800 mm base that is not sold as EPAL/EUR certified. Matching dimensions do not guarantee equivalent construction, tolerances, performance or acceptance.
Non-EPAL or certified EPAL pallet?
If the customer, contract or exchange system requires EPAL/EUR, use a certified europallet. Consider these two models only when the receiver accepts a non-EPAL pallet.

- Up to 350 kg dynamic load, evenly distributed, with no return: start by considering the One-Way model.
- Above 350 kg and up to 700 kg evenly distributed, or for greater robustness or reuse: consider Semi-Heavy.
- Above 700 kg or with concentrated loads: assess another solution.
- For racking, validate the load, its distribution and the support before confirming either model.

Is it an EPAL pallet?
No. Its base is 1200 × 800 mm, but it is not EPAL/EUR certified and does not belong to the EPAL exchange system.
What load can it carry?
The recommended loads are 350 kg dynamic and 500 kg static for One-Way; 700 kg dynamic and 1,000 kg static for Semi-Heavy, with the load evenly distributed.
Can it be used on racking?
Only after validating the load, distribution and type of support. There is no universal racking capacity for these models.
Can it be made new?
Yes. We can follow the usual specification or the customer’s requirements.
Is ISPM 15 available?
Yes, available on request. Give the destination country when requesting a quote; preparation takes approx. 24 hours and a treatment certificate is provided.
