01 What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 60 units for used pallets and 120 units for new custom-made pallets, because each production run is prepared to your dimensions and requirements. Airbags are sold from a box of 15 units. The unit price improves with volume, and if your consumption is recurring we prepare preferential pricing and a delivery schedule. If you have any doubts about your case, check with your Flexpal advisor.
02 Do you offer a pallet collection service?
Yes. If your company has pallets it no longer needs, we collect them. Contact us to arrange free collection.
03 How long does delivery take?
Used pallets in stock: under 48 hours across Catalonia, on business days. New custom-made pallets: about 15 business days without forecast, from sample approval. If your order is recurring and you share a forecast, we plan deliveries to shorten that lead time.
04 Can I place recurring orders?
Yes. Many customers have weekly or monthly orders. We offer special pricing and preferred terms for recurring supply.
05 Do used pallets come with a guarantee?
Every pallet goes through an individual quality check. We grade them A, B or C by condition. If you receive a pallet that does not meet the agreed specification, we replace it.
